Each krewe connects its own Stripe. Your name is on the statement, payouts land in your bank, and card or bank transfer both work.
Accounts, member types and lieutenants stay with your krewe from year to year, and floats copy forward. Returning riders never start from scratch.
Members and registration
Open registration on a date, and riders sign up, answer your questions, sign your membership agreement and pay at least your minimum to hold their spot. When the season is full, people join the waiting list and you invite them in as spots open.
I understand that riding in the parade carries risk and agree to the krewe’s rules on conduct, throws and costumes…
Dues and payments
Dues, partial payments, credits and charges live on each member’s Dues tab, with their throws orders and tickets right beside it. Members pay by card or bank transfer through your krewe’s own Stripe account.

Parade operations
Lay out each float the way it really is: one or two levels, driver and sidewalk seats, stairs and bathrooms marked. Give each float a lieutenant, who drags their riders into seats and submits the chart, then you publish it to riders.

Events and ticketing
Set up an event, choose which member types can buy, and sell single tickets or whole tables. Free events work as an RSVP. At the door, check guests in from any phone by scanning their ticket.

Krewes without floats never see Parade Ops, and a krewe that doesn’t sell throws can keep its store closed. Use what you need.
Products with sizes, colors and stock, sold only to your members, with you choosing which groups can shop. Distribution day runs off a QR code: an order is ready for pickup the moment it is paid in full.
Float roster, riders without costumes, dues balances, season totals, throws inventory and more. Download any of them as a spreadsheet.
Their riders, those riders’ seats, orders and tickets, and the float’s seating chart. Nothing from anyone else’s float.
Look up and edit any member, add one by hand, apply a credit or a charge, assign lieutenants and store managers.
Accounts, member types and lieutenants carry over, floats copy forward, and last year’s seat shows as a hint when you build this year’s chart.
Every krewe gets its own site with its own logo, colors, sender address, data and Stripe account. One platform behind it, kept up to date for everyone at once.
See who has paid, who has not, and what the season has collected, without reconciling three spreadsheets and a Venmo feed.
Your float, your riders, their seats and their throws. See whose dues are paid and who still needs a costume, right from your phone.
Register, pay part now and the rest later, buy your throws and your ball tickets, and find the den on parade morning.
Krewe.Tools grew out of custom systems built for working New Orleans krewes. The business rules, the edge cases and the hard-won lessons from real parade seasons are already in it.
Yes. Every krewe has its own site with its own address, logo, colors, members, data and Stripe account. Nothing is shared between krewes except the software underneath, which we keep updated for everyone at once.
Your krewe does, through its own Stripe account. Your name appears on the member’s statement, payouts go to your bank, and you own refunds and disputes.
Yes. For dues, a member pays at least the minimum you set to hold their spot, then pays the rest by your balance-due date, in as many payments as they like. Throws orders can be paid in part too, and are ready for pickup once paid in full. Event tickets are always paid in full.
Your krewe carries into the next season. Member accounts, member types and lieutenants stay put, floats copy forward, and each rider’s last seat shows as a hint on the new seating chart. A guided season rollover is on the way.
Yes. A lieutenant sees their float, their riders, those riders’ seats, orders and tickets, and nothing else.
In most cases, yes. If you have something specific in mind, send the details to [email protected] and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Custom features may carry a one-time development cost.
Tell us a little about your krewe and we will walk you through Krewe.Tools on a call, with your season in mind.
